The Global Education Association, in coordination with The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, is pleased to offer Chinese Immersion programs in Chengdu, China.

In addition to the classes offered, there are also special social and cultural activities, language programs, and other fun events for students to explore and learn about China and its culture during the summer vacation.

An additional three-week Chinese Culture Workshop is available in the afternoon, where all students can learn Martial Arts and calligraphy and experience Sichuan Cuisine, Sichuan Opera and Sichuan teahouse culture.

Many trips to well-known places of historic interests and tourist attractions, such as 3-day trip to Jiuzhaigou Valley (UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site in China), are also available.

$1200 includes meals (free breakfasts, welcome dinner and farewell dinner), lodging (double occupancy three-star hotel room), transportation for field trips, tuition and the sightseeing expenses listed above.

Application

Students will be screened and approved by Global Education Association.  Applicants will be selected based on their academic performance and participation in extra-curricular activities.
