Business & Government Training

The Global Education Association, with professors from Illinois Institute of Technology and Northern Illinois University, is pleased to offer a Government Management Training Program for international government professionals.  In this program, government professionals will take courses in a variety of subjects from faculty with varying backgrounds.  Students will come away from this program with a better understanding of management concepts and strategies they can use in their own organization.  There is also an optional seminar on waste management.  In addition, students will have an opportunity to tour business and government offices in the Chicago area and travel to other cities to get a chance to see other government agencies at work during the three-week program.

The Global Education Association is devoted to increasing the professional development of government workers.  Bill Enright at Global Education Association has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Oklahoma State University.

In this advanced program, students will take courses in management, operations, and strategy taught by professors and professionals in their fields.  Students will also visit government offices to get a first-hand view of how organizations in the United States operate.  These visits along with other local excursions will give students a better understanding of the people and culture in the United States.

All courses are taught with the assistance of a translator who will be using Mandarin Chinese.  Students should have previous work experience in government or business prior to enrolling.
