The Global Education Association (GEA) was formed to educate international students in such areas as business, English, and leadership, and allow them to immerse themselves in the culture and life of Chicago. In addition, they may make a tour of other major U.S. cities, such as New York and Los Angeles, visiting some of their most important sites.

GEA offers courses taught by professors from Northern Illinois University, University of Illinois at Chicago, and Illinois Institute of Technology . Students may choose from the Business and Internship, the Methods of Teaching English, the Lecture and Leadership, the Spanish Immersion in Mexico, the 3 Month Internship for English Majors  & the Business and Government Training  programs.
